“Arrogant” is one of the few labels that was used to describe me over the last 37 years and 8 months.  I never thought of myself as arrogant, conceited, or cocky even though most people would tell you I was.  Truth be told; growing up I never had much of a high self esteem until I realized that what other people thought of me did not matter. At that point I began to focus on my dreams and goals then life began to open up for me.  For the last two years I have constantly reminded myself and anyone connected to me to “Lets Be Great Today #1Down”! In 2018 it’s time to accept the fact that you are great and GREATNESS is YOU! To be able to accept the fact that You Are Greatness you will have to accept the fact that you are Slightly Arrogant! I normally don't post long statuses but someone may need my testimony. In 2016 Life punched me in the face and asked me "Do you really want to be Great or is that simply a cliche phrase you use on social media?". In 2016 I lost everything I valued including my job with a company I've worked for the last 10 years. I think about speaking at Valdosta State University hoping to motivate young men to chase their dreams a week after I had been laid off from my job. I remember standing on stage looking at the audience thinking who am I to tell these young men anything about success. Driving home I kept telling myself I will completely change my life in a year. I was not going to be defeated! I will not be a hypocrite! I can't motivate and inspire people to change their life while mine is in complete shambles. The last 5 months have been an incredible challenge and serious mental battle. My faith was tested daily and I had to constantly remind myself to Keep Fighting Tab...

I had the honor and privilege to speak at the Lambda Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi CLASS Undergraduate Leadership conference at my alma mater Valdosta State University. First off, let me apologize if my cursing offends.  There are times when a vulgar word is needed to emphasize the point of a statement and "Forget a Mentor" just did not have the same ring lol.  I recorded this video, F*** a Mentor, because I see so many entrepreneurs that are stuck in their business then have the thoughts that a mentor is going to sprinkle some magic dust and everything will skyrocket.  I wasted a lot of time over the years waiting on a mentor, searching for a mentor, and claiming mentors.  Trust me when I say I  know the value of TRUE mentoring.  Everyone is not qualified nor equipped to be your mentor.  Put in the work and your real mentor will find you.        "Mentoring is who you are as much as what you do."
